適用范圍：

主要用于各種人造皮革、TUP、PVC之燙轉(zhuǎn)印膜,壓花處理經(jīng)壓紋機(jī)之預(yù)熱輪及鈦熱管加熱，再予以壓紋，經(jīng)冷卻而定型，使柔軟皮之紋路深淺鮮明，是成品更具有價(jià)值感。

機(jī)械特性：

1、采用雙變頻凋速驅(qū)動(dòng)控制配單/聯(lián)動(dòng)功能，采用遠(yuǎn)紅外線加熱或熱煤油加熱，溫度均勻精準(zhǔn)。

2、本機(jī)也可增加其他配備，軋光、貼合、印刷等多項(xiàng)功能，可依客戶需求所設(shè)計(jì)。

3、雙軸式放料，預(yù)熱系統(tǒng)可獨(dú)立控制，采用SCR比例控制，可依加工物之種類進(jìn)行自由調(diào)整，三組溫度控制，全自動(dòng)調(diào)整溫度一致，壓紋效果特佳，立體感強(qiáng)。

4、平面式加熱罩及周弧形加熱罩，平面式并配有鐵氟龍網(wǎng)輸送網(wǎng)帶，減少加工物的張力，致此造成之紋路不清晰。

5、壓花系統(tǒng)用油壓式或氣壓式，間際可自由調(diào)整，使壓花輥間隙調(diào)節(jié)準(zhǔn)確,紋路深淺度及清晰度一致，操作簡單。
